The Udonaut & the Panickers: Panic in Herbrum

The second part of the Sparkassen Concert Summer in Papenburg took place this time at the SV Herbrum club grounds. There,Udonaut & die Paniker rocked the stage and, with a fantastic show, brought Panik rocker Udo Lindenberg’s most popular songs to the Emsland region.

It was a “Best Of” selection from Udo Lindenberg’s original repertoire, combined with a rich soundscape and a spectacular show, which the guests were able to enjoy on the edge of the sports field in Herbrum. The fans of the “Konzert-Sommer” concert series and Lindenberg’s songs weren’t deterred by the cold wind blowing across the open space in front of the stage.

“Du knallst in mein Leben,” “Wozu sind Kriege da” (featuring peace flags), “Mein Ding,” “Cello,” and “Goodbye Sailor” (with accordion) were the highlights of the roughly two-and-a-half-hour show.

The summer concert series continues just one week later

The next concert in the Sparkassen Concert Summer series is practically ready to go: On Friday, June 3, 2022, “Out of Time” – Tribute to R.E.M. will take the big stage at Unicorn-Event at Klahsen Mode & Schuhe in Aschendorf. As always, the show starts at 7:00 p.m., and admission is free!
