The three Hungarians performed the sound of the iconic British band with remarkable dedication and precision, bringing the band’s hard synthesizer sounds, sometimes dark but always driving motifs, and Dave Gahan’s charismatic voice to life on the small stage with astonishing skill, giving the increasingly enthusiastic audience moments that sent chills down their spines.

“If you close your eyes, you wouldn’t be able to tell whether it’s the original lineup or not,” said an enthusiastic fan who had already seen Depeche Mode in concert, summing it up perfectly. The music—especially from the ’80s and ’90s—was everywhere that evening, and after two hours without a break or even a single announcement, the show came to an end.
